Kerbal Space Program and Shadow Tactics: Aiko’s Choice can now be downloaded for free from the Epic Games Store.
With the start of 2023, the Epic Games Store has made available its first two free PC games. Two free games were available to download from the Epic Games Store in the first few days of the new year, but they were both leftovers from the last week of 2022.
Now, on schedule, Epic Games has returned with a fan-favourite flight simulator and an expansion for a game that may or may not have been on many people’s radars.
You have until Thursday, January 12th, to get the Kerbal Space Program (normally costs $39.99) and Aiko’s Choice (worth $19.99) from the Epic Games Store.

As the player, you’ll take charge of five assassins, each with their own set of skills and abilities, and lead them to victory across randomly generated maps.
Unlike other freebies on the Epic Games Store, Aiko’s Choice is a pleasant surprise. In place of releasing the full strategy game Shadow Tactics for free, Epic is instead distributing the add-on, Aiko’s Choice. Despite the apparent contradiction, Aiko’s Choice has always been treated as a separate expansion from Shadow Tactics and can be played independently of the main game.
