About Broken Sword: Director’s Cut:
This is a 2D adventure game that you play from the third-person point of view. The original game only let you control George Stobbart, but in this remake, you can take control of Nicole “Nico” Collard during certain events.
Play as young American lawyer George Stobbart and French journalist Nico Collard as they uncover a conspiracy involving the “Broken Sword,” an ancient artifact. Together, they travel across Europe in search of answers, and along the way, they encounter various characters, puzzles, and hints that lead them closer to a conclusion.
One of the best things about the game is that the graphics are all hand-drawn and look unique and detailed. Play consists of talking to NPCs, using items from your inventory to complete puzzles, and making decisions that affect the story’s progression.
