  2. I always disable a lot of the Privacy settings. But I do always create or log someone in with a Microsoft account. Bear in mind that one function of logging in is so if your computer is stolen you can track it, open the camera, turn on the microphone and, ultimately, wipe it if necessary.

  3. OneDrive forcing you to save your Desktop, Documents and Photos in that launch section is appalling! If you don't have Microsoft 365, you will suddenly go over your tiny amount of free storage and have to purchase more. Obviously intentional of course so make sure you go into the OneDrive settings and reverse that option if you don't want literally everything in your Documents folder saved to Microsoft's service.

  4. As always, great content! I just recently upgraded to Win11. Could you and your team do an in depth crash course in TPM/fTPM and how we should prepare our systems for HW changes? I have Win11 Home but doesn't have BitLocker and I have no idea if I need to manage HW locks within windows if I upgrade a GPU, CPU, etc. I know I need to go into my asus bios and change fTPM to discreet but I have no idea what challenges/obsticles win11 TPM requirements extend to HW upgrades.

  5. Hey man, you seem like youve been overworked. Your spirit is much less enthused when comparing it in my mind to the last time I watched one of your YT vids. I also thought you were a bit nervous pointing the finger at big clown Microsoft. Well, I think an OS is just a middle man to make gaming, web-browsing and listening to music possible. What else would I use an OS for? The file system? Me personally, IDK maybe streaming and thats about it. Lemme kno if you have other ideas for the point of having an OS. I would only use harddrives and backups for the files so I can game, webbrowse and music again. I still need that stuff cause I don't have gigabit internet and hardware that installs windows in 10 seconds. But look man I also want to remind you that the Devs are people too (unless its all run my malicious or greedy AI- which I doubt). So man, remember this: if the cloud gets nuked its the little harddrives outside the cloud waaay offsite that will be left and if MS wants to throw away all those they lose redundancy. IDK maybe theres a few backup cloud 'havens', but IDK – Making someone sign into the internet to use their personal PC that was paid for in full (usually) is a dipsh*t move imo, but MS's search app needs to find that alien life on earth and all HAHA. Oh, btw Microsoft is basically a monopoly, oh wait there is Lunix, but 2s company and 3s a crowd…

  6. I once made the mistake to login with my M$ account. Wow. It was such a PITA to undo and switch back to local account. That was on Windows 10 still. Is there a way to do it in Windows 11 after the fact as well?
