Downloading all your photos from Facebook is a relatively easy task. You can even do this directly from the Android client. All you have to do is go to the settings of the app. Tap the Settings button in the menu with the three horizontal lines.

Then click on the link Download your information. You can find this option in the section Your information.

If you only want to download the images and not the rest of your personal information, you can use the button Deselect all deselect all items.

Next you choose Posts by clicking the check box on the right side of the screen.

Do the same with me Stories and Short videos.

Scroll to the bottom of the list of options to customize the time interval, format, and quality of the media files. When you have everything set up, click Create file.
Configure download
The request is sent and the servers start working. Depending on how many files and information you have requested, the file will be created more or less quickly.
Preparing to download the content
Once the download is ready, the button Download displayed.
Start Download
The file will be downloaded in ZIP format. Use File Explorer to open them and extract your images.
Open compressed file
The internal structure of the file contains the directory photos_and_videos. This is where Facebook stores all your photos. Use the button Extract allto unzip the ZIP file.
Content of the compressed file
From now on all your pictures will be saved locally in your phone’s storage. You can then upload them to a cloud service to create a backup copy or send them via another application, among other things.
