To earn tokens quickly, there is only one method: Win as many games as possible and to complete as many seasonal missions as possible. So what are these seasonal missions? Basically, since Supercell decided to take a different approach with Brawl Stars, they’re something similar to what’s also seen in Clash Royale.
To access the seasonal missions, click on the on the main screen Brawl Pass Button:

You will be taken to the Season Rewards screen. Then click Quests:

Here are the quests that are available at the time, which are a great way to supplement your earning of Brawl Tokens:

And why add? Because Brawl Stars has a 200 coin counter that keeps recharging itself. And because even if you earn ten coins per game, you’ll need a lot more than that to get seasonal rewards.
Gems are another matter. Keep in mind that gems are the “premium” currency in the game and allow you to quickly purchase the larger crates, increasing your chances of unlocking a new fighter.
To get gems fast, you have the option to buy them with real money in the shop. If you don’t want to dig deep though, you might find them by opening Brawl Boxes, Big Boxes, and Mega Boxes. You can also find them as part of the seasonal rewards, albeit in limited quantities (between 10 and a maximum of 20).
