There is only one way to unlock Legendary Brawlers: Open Brawl Boxes, Big Boxes or Mega Boxes. These crates are earned on the Trophy Road, by unlocking the Free and Brawl Pass rewards for each season, or by trading gems that can be purchased with real money to speed up the process.
There is however no guarantee that one these characters appears after opening the boxes. In fact, community players have calculated that there is only one Legendary Brawler for every 435 crates opened, but there are also voices that are much more pessimistic. Some claim that you have to open 2000 crates to get a legendary brawler with 99% certainty.
One way to speed up the process is to unlock as many rare and ultrarare fighters as possible. But even then, the laws of probability that govern the appearance of powerful legendary characters remain too random to predict anything with absolute certainty.
In addition to all this, one should note that Brawl Stars a “Luck system“ owns. This system dictates that unless a new brawler spawns every time you open a crate, the likelihood of a new brawler spawning in subsequent crates increases. However, there is no foolproof (or legal) trick that will ensure you get a legendary character.
