  1. somehow the taskbar reverts back to windows 11 taskbar at startup. It's annoying when I have to constantly change my taskbar everytime I log in or restart my computer. How to fix this? I have already checked the run at startup option btw, didn't work

  3. Thank you so much! I've been spoiled by Gnome 40, and this is basically what I wanted. The windows 11 taskbar is frustrating and useless. I need a slim top bar for date/time/settings, and the bottom reserved for apps. Anything else is wasting space.
