How to Uninstall Program on Mac
This siberkalem.com teaches you how to uninstall a program installed on your Mac. You can delete programs by throwing them in the trash, or if the program itself has an uninstaller, you can run it. Apps you installed from the App Store can be remove using Launchpad.
1.Open Finder. Click on the Finder app that looks like a blue face.

2.Click on Applications . It is a folder located on the left side of the Finder window.
3.Find the program you want to uninstall. Browse through the programs until you find the icon of the program you want to remove.
- If the program is in a folder, open the folder by double-clicking on it and look for the uninstaller. If there is an uninstaller application, skip to the next section .

4.Select the program icon. Select the program’s icon by clicking once.
5.Click File . It is a menu item located in the upper left corner of the screen. Thus, a drop-down menu appear
6.Click Move to Trash . You’ll find this near the bottom of theFiledrop-down menu.
- You can also press ⌘ Command+Delete on your Mac’s keyboard to send the file to the Trash .
7.Press and hold the Trash icon. The Trash icon is located in your Mac’s Dock. After holding it for a second, a pop-up menu appears above the Trash icon.
8.Click Empty Trash . This is located in the drop-down menu. This will delete the contents of the Trash, including the program you just sent to the Trash. The program is no longer installed on your Mac.
