I cannot send a message to 4 digit numbers solution

If  you say I cannot send a message to 4 digit numbers, apply this solution. For this you need to turn on the Premium text message sending permissions from your phone. 

Please follow the steps below for the solution I cannot send messages to 4 digit numbers.

  1. Click Settings on the Applications menu
  2. Click on the Applications tab.
  3. Click on the three dots in the upper right corner of the screen and tap Special access .
  4. In the screen that opens, click on Use premium text message services .
  5. Under the Use premium text message services tab, tap Messaging service and click Always allow .
  6. You can now send messages to 4 digit numbers on your Samsung phone .

  • In earlier Android versions, follow the steps below;
  1. Click Settings on the Applications menu
  2. Click on the Applications tab.
  3. Tap Application manager .
  4. In the upper right corner of the screen more ‘or click on the Show System applications tap the tab.
  5. Find the Message Service ” application from the list of applications and tap on it.
  6. Tap on the  “Never allowoption under the  Send premium SMS ” heading in the Content of the Message Service application .  
  7. You can send an SMS to four-digit numbers by touching the Always Allow ” option from the options displayed .
