I cannot send a message to 4 digit numbers solution

If  you say I cannot send a message to 4 digit numbers, apply this solution. For this you need to turn on the Premium text message sending permissions from your phone. 

Please follow the steps below for the solution I cannot send messages to 4 digit numbers.

1. Click Settings on the Applications menu . 
2. Click on the Applications tab.
3. Click on the three dots in the upper right corner of the screen and tap Special access .
4. In the screen that opens, click on Use premium text message services .
5. Under the Use premium text message services tab, tap Messaging service and click Always allow .
6. You can now send messages to 4 digit numbers on your Samsung phone .

• In earlier Android versions, follow the steps below;

1. Click Settings on the Applications menu . 
2. Click on the Applications tab.
3. Tap Application manager .
4. In the upper right corner of the screen more ‘or click on the Show System applications tap the tab.
5. Find the ” Message Service ” application from the list of applications and tap on it.
6. Tap on the  “Never allow ” option under the ”  Send premium SMS ” heading in the Content of the Message Service application .  
7. You can send an SMS to four-digit numbers by touching the “ Always Allow ” option from the options displayed .
