WhatsApp Plus is one of the most popular WhatsApp MODs. It’s not the only one available though, as there’s a long list of alternatives if you don’t want to use them.
GBWhatsApp, use two WhatsApp accounts at the same time

If we take a quick look at GBWhatsApp, we’ll probably think we wasted our time installing it: it doesn’t look any different from the original version at first glance. However, if we start, to explore the interior we will find that the app is much more than it seems.
First of all, GBWhatsApp allows us to Use of up to two different accounts in the same application, so having two SIM cards on the same phone or an alternative phone number is now pointless. Yes, you have to turn on a phone with the second number to get the verification code, but that’s about it, after that you can turn it off.

Well, the only real benefit right now is that we use two WhatsApp accounts on the same phone… or even three. This MOD, along with WhatsApp Messenger and GBWhatsApp, allows us to use up to three phone numbers at the same time that work on WhatsApp. And the truth is that you could use even more numbers with other compatible MODs by cloning apps or using different Android profiles.
If you are interested in more than two WhatsApp accounts, this is one of the best options. Don’t try to find more differences because there aren’t any.
YOWhatsApp, the origin of many MODs

Developed by Yousef Al-Basha, it is the most popular MOD belonging to a belongs to another set of clients when compared to what what we saw in GBWhatsApp or OGWhatsApp. The Chats, Status, and Views section is identical to that of the Official Client, but the options menus have been redesigned and reorganized. However, here we also find the same library of themes as in the previous options.
It is the ideal option for users looking for a lighter and less overwhelming client. It is updated quite frequently, which guarantees its correct functioning and the avoidance of WhatsApp bans, although we can never be 100% sure using any type of MOD.
WhatsApp Mix, a combination of new options

WhatsApp Mix is another user-made MOD called Nairo Mix, where the main difference can also be found in the interface and visual design, since it has a light blue color used, which draws our attention to it, how different it is from the usual colors. Theoretically we can change the general theme, but in this case the repository is not accessible.
Apart from that, the other difference has to do with the layout of the basic buttons, such as starting a call or reorganizing the menu, showing the settings related to style and those related to privacy, clearly separated from each other for easier access.
From there we can find some more differences, such as the maximum size of the audios and videos that we can send (100MB and 55MB respectively) or the possibility of sending messages to numbers that are not in our contact list without having to save them.
Soula WhatsApp, privacy only

If we mentioned earlier that YOWhatsApp only had visual options, Soul is the complete opposite. Here there are not only themes to be installed or settings relative to the interface, since everything is about basic ones security issues for this type of development, who also add nothing new.
If you don’t want to complicate things too much, if you’re 100% happy with the classic WhatsApp aspect and the only thing you’re worried about is not being seen online or not showing the double blue tick, then this is the MOD you need.
FMWhatsApp, the alternative to AlexMods

Another MOD very similar to the other apps on this list, with an interface that combines the aspect of the official client when it comes to the chat windows, with the visual aspect of YOWhatsApp when it comes to the settings menu. Graphical and privacy options that make it one of the best clients on this list: you can hide your status or install new themes from the same repository used by the majority of MODs.
Perhaps the most striking aspect is that the update times for the applications developed by AlexMods change since they are developed by a different user. Also the one built into the Chats tab Flight mode, which allows us to switch off conversationswithout giving up our internet connection for the rest of our phone’s features or a refurbished camera design.
WhatsApp+ JiMODs, ein YOWhatsApp-Klon

WhatsApp Plus JiMODs, also known as JTWhatsApp, is another great alternative to WhatsApp Plus, although the truth is that it offers us little different from the rest of the MODs on this list. Basically because it just like FMWhatsApp, based on YOWhatsApp.
You have all the visual and privacy options available, including Airplane mode. A few small changes to the icons… And hardly anything else worth mentioning.
WhatsApp Aero, another twist on personalization

Another very well running WhatsApp MOD is the WhatsApp Aero, also known as AeroWhatsApp. As with the vast majority of the apps on this list, the focus is on small tweaks that optimize the performance of the official client, with a particular focus on what the developers refer to as “removing restrictions” on WhatsApp. These improvements, as always, mainly concern the privacy of the user, at least towards other users, and in the personalization options.

Hey WhatsApp is the one WhatsApp MOD developed by HeyMods. HeyMods has recently replaced AlexMods and has become the main developer of WhatsApp Plus and GBWhatsApp without being their original author. This MOD is directly influenced by these great WhatsApp clients, and also refers to YOWhatsApp on which it is blatantly built.
There is actually little that sets this MOD apart from the rest of the MODs on this list, but it deserves a place in this compilation because it works well, is updated very often, which is all the more important to continue enjoying all the new features of the official WhatsApp with our MOD. Also, we don’t miss anything here: it offers improved privacy options, more customization options, a themes store and the removal of various restrictions.
