HOW TO INSTALL TWRP RECOVERY?
Notification: In the following explanation, if your phone has a Bixby key, use the Bixby key instead of the home key in the narration ( Devices like Galaxy S9 have a Bixby key ).

The folders will be listed. Scroll down and select your rom or mod file with the .zip extension . Drag the arrows next to Swipe to confirm flash at the bottom of the screen to the right. Thus, the ROM or MOD will be loaded. When the installation is done , restart the phone from within the ROM or MOD setup or by dragging the arrows at the bottom of the screen to the right from the TWRP homepage> Reboot> System>. The phone will boot with the new rom or mod installed. You can uninstall TWRP by following the instructions on this link and install the original recovery (it will restore your phone to factory settings).
