In the control panel there is an advanced mode that gives access to all System configuration tools allowed from a single location. This menu is intended for developers, although any user can easily access it. Therefore, it should be used with caution.
To activate it, sign up with a Account with administrator rights on Windows. Then right-click an empty spot on the desktop to open the context menu. Open the section Neu and then choose Binder.
Create a new folder
Once the new folder is created, change its name to FOLDER. {ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}. Press Enter to confirm.

Immediately the folder changes its icon and its name disappears. You’ve just created a shortcut to the more advanced mode of the Control Panel.

Access it with a double click. In the window that opens, you’ll see the full list of Windows Control Panel options. As you can see in the image below, they are organized by category.

This list gives you direct access to each of the actions that you can also perform from the Control Panel. But keep in mind that this Windows element is doomed to disappear. Microsoft is gradually transferring all of its features to the new configuration app. As a result, the advanced options view gradually loses its displayed tools.
Also, many of these shortcuts lead to features designed for earlier versions of Windows, such as the backup tool. Although they can still be managed in the Control Panel, these actions are already built into the System Preferences configuration app.
